Refund Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Fabric (Cut-to-order items) Please note that all sales of cut fabrics are final. Because fabrics are cut specifically to your length requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. 

Finished Goods, Tools, and Kits To be eligible for a return on finished goods, tools, or craft kits, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken or the kit has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at info@atelierdorothy.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
