Commonly used in fabrics for FUROSHIKI (Wrapping Cloths).
This meticulously crafted fabric, hand-dyed by Japanese Artisans, boasts a rich, Indigo-like color tone. It is a moderately thick, but Breathable plain-weave cotton fabric woven with slightly thicker Slub yarns, featuring a loose weave and a smooth, soft texture.
The medium-weight fabric combines softness with a natural, textured appearance, making it ideal for small items like bags and pouches, as well as clothing such as Japanese-style Pants and Skirts, and Home Decor items like Cushion Covers, Tablecloths, and Bedding.
