'Uroko' is a representative pattern of traditional Japanese Wagara.
It is a Japanese pattern of Triangle-shaped Scales, symbolizing Protection against evil and illness, historically used on tombs and items to ward off demons.
This fabric meticulously crafted, hand-dyed by Japanese Artisans,
It is a moderately thick, but Breathable plain-weave cotton fabric woven with slightly thicker Slub yarns, featuring a loose weave and a smooth, soft texture.
The medium-weight fabric combines softness with a natural, textured appearance, making it ideal for small items like bags and pouches, as well as clothing such as Japanese-style Pants and Skirts, and Home Decor items like Cushion Covers, Tablecloths, and Bedding.
It is also a fabric perfectly suited for use as a Furoshiki, a traditional Japanese Wrapping Cloth.
