◆ Care : Machine wash gentle cold, Non-chlorine bleach, Tumble dry low, Cool iron
Takashima Chijimi, compared to regular plain weave, is made by twisting the weft threads (Yoko-ito) approximately twice as much, creating a crinkled texture (uneven surface) that reduces the area of contact with the skin, allowing for better breathability.
As a result, it absorbs sweat well and dries quickly.
By using strongly twisted threads for the weft, it stretches and contracts, preventing it from sticking to the skin even when sweating, thus keeping it cool.
